Embedded content from other websites

When visitors submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the Form fields.

How long we retain your data

If you submit a form, the data given is stored securely on our site admin and is accessed only by authorised personnell for the purpose of responding to the query indicated on/by the form. Your data is saved (privately & securely) until the purpose of the submission is fulfilled (i.e. if you order a Bible using our Bible Order Form, we will keep your submitted data until you recieve your order).

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a form on our site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Cookies

If you fill out a form on our site, your browser cookie settings may allow our site to autofill fields such as your name, email address and residential address based on the autofill data settings you have set. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when/if you complete another form. This information is not stored on our site unless you submit the form.

We use anonymous cookies to prevent users from seeing the same popup repetitively in an attempt to make our users experience more pleasant while still delivering time sensitive messaging.
